• The existing EPDM roofing roofing system on this building was approximately twenty years old. The roofing system was in fair condition with minor maintenance issues typical for its age.

• Tear off existing roof system and install a new fully adhered 60 MIL EPDM roofing system following a specification from Mule Hide.

• Install new EPDM accessories at all penetrations and walls per manufacturer.

• Install new Poly ISO insulation following the fastening pattern provided by Mule-Hide to receive 20-year warranty.

• Transferable 20-year Warranty from Mule- Hide and a 1-year Labor Warranty from Four Elements Restoration, Inc.
